Live support: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central. Messages outside those hours are queued for the next business day.

Remote desktop (RustDesk)

Use this when chat asks you to share your screen. Download the official RustDesk build — not a custom Echo Reach installer.

Step A — Install RustDesk

Download for Windows

Windows 10 / 11 · official RustDesk build

Mac (Apple Silicon) Mac (Intel)

Apple menu → About This Mac. “Apple M…” = Silicon; “Intel” = Intel.

Download for Android

Not on Google Play. Download the APK, then allow install from browser if asked.

Step B — Connect to Echo Reach

Open RustDesk → Settings (⋮) → Network → Import server config → paste → OK.

Copies Echo Reach server settings to your clipboard.

Then set a one-time password in RustDesk and send your ID + password in chat.
