EchoReach Remote Support

One download. Installs and connects automatically to EchoReach — no server settings to type.

If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info → Run anyway. That is normal for a new company installer until it is code-signed.

You only need to approve the Windows security prompt. You will never be asked for bank passwords or crypto seed phrases.

How it works

  1. Click Download for Windows and run the file.
  2. Approve the administrator prompt when Windows asks.
  3. Wait for “Installation complete” — your RustDesk ID is shown.
  4. When you need help, open RustDesk, set a one-time password, and send your ID + password to EchoReach.

Live remote control on iOS is limited. Record your screen, then upload the video. Ask EchoReach for the upload token.
